Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Penetration Tester for state and local governments in all 50 states. The Penetration Tester will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, performing penetration testing, conducting malware analysis, and collaborating with security teams to develop effective solutions. The role will involve reverse engineering and application security analysis to address potential threats. The candidate will also participate in red team engagements to strengthen clients' cybersecurity postures and ensure robust solutions are implemented.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Reverse Engineering and Malware Analysis to identify and mitigate threats.
- Strong expertise in Application Security and Red Teaming methodologies to identify vulnerabilities and simulate potential attacks.
- In-depth understanding and experience in Cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks.
- Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Holding relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GIAC is advantageous.
